Nursing Services
Nursing services (up to one hour per day of combined
Personal Care Assistance and Nursing Services included in
the basic-inclusive monthly pricing), allowable under the Assisted Living
Regulations, provided by Carle Foundation Hospital Magnet
Nurses such as medication management/administration and
assessments of the resident's condition. Nurses on-site or
on-call 24 hours, seven days a week.
Meals
Complete dining service with a wide variety of menu items. Assistance with menu selection available. Room deliveries available if necessary.
Housekeeping
Weekly housekeeping and annual deep cleaning in each apartment.
Laundry Service
Personal laundry and linens once each week.
Emergency Response System
Pull-cords in each bedroom and bathroom and an emergency response bracelet or pendent for each resident; monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Maintenance
Full-time maintenance professionals on staff.
Utilities
All utilities included except telephone

Six pond-view community lounges (one with a pool table, two with TV/VCR, one with
exercise equipment, two with full kitchens). |

Personal Care Assistance

• Assistance with bathing & dressing
• Escorts to meals or activities in building
• Reassurance and Safety Checks
• Medication Reminders with staff documentation
• Reminders for meals, appointments and activities
• Daily bed making
Chauffeured Transportation
One large touring bus plus two vans, running
every 30 minutes, five days a week from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. to
your destination of choice in Champaign, Urbana and Savoy.
Valet Service
Resident vehicles brought to the front door with timely request.
Convenience Services
• Prescription pick-up and delivery
• Dry-cleaning pick-up and delivery
• Personal check cashing Monday through Friday
• On-site banking two mornings per week
• Postal services available in-house
