Planning for Future Residency

An entry fee of $1,500.00 accompanied by a Preliminary Application for Residency places your name on our Future Residents List.

Names will be placed on the Future Residents List on a first-come, first-served basis.

Ranking of names will not change if one declines an opening.

The entry fee will be converted to part of the security deposit at the signing of the lease. If you are unable to sign a lease, the fee will be refunded, less a $300.00 processing fee.

Annual interest is paid on security deposits only, not on entry fees.

Current Windsor of Savoy residents will be given priority on the Windsor Court Future Residents List.

Rate Structure
Windsor Court’s rate structure was developed with the special needs of residents in mind. We have a Basic Inclusive Monthly Fee, as well as an a la carte menu of Optional Services that can be added at an additional cost in order to customize resident services and assure that individual needs are being met.
