People choose the Windsor of Savoy
for a variety of reasons. To spend less time on yard work. To have more time to enjoy
life. To move closer to family. To ease worries about safety and security. To spend more
time with friends. But once they're here, our residents enjoy The Windsor for many of the
same reasons, as well as their friendly neighbors.
An important key to our community's personality is our active, involved
residents. On any day, you will walk into The Windsor to find friends gathered for coffee,
attending exercise classes, playing cards, discussing books in the library, getting to
know each other and developing friendships. Additionally, Windsor residents frequently
enjoy shopping and cultural excursions.
For many years, our residents have been involved in their churches,
their businesses, their schools and their communities. This community involvement
continues at The Windsor. Our residents do everything from serving on The Windsor's
resident committees, to volunteering with the Carle Foundation Hospital Auxiliary to
belonging to community organizations.
And, our residents have great stories to tell, about their families,
their careers, their travels and the interesting things they have experienced in their
